Welcome to the Blue Cap Foundation, Launched in 2001, the Blue Cap Foundation was established to secure the future financial stability of Blue Cap. Blue Cap is a not-for-profit social service agency that has been providing programs and supports for people of all ages with developmental disabilities for 41 years. Blue Cap is located in Blue Island, Illinois, and serves the south / southwest Chicago metropolitan area. Currently, the foundation is achieving its mission of ensuring fiscal security for Blue Cap through its annual Charity Invitational fund raiser.
